FOB: All shipments are FOB New York.

Packaging & Handling Charges

Overruns & Underruns: We reserve the right to ship up to 1–2% over or under the ordered quantity. Final billing will reflect actual quantities shipped.

Dangerous Goods (DG) Fee: For products like hand sanitizers and power banks, a DG fee of $42.50 per carton(22 lbs weight limit per carton) will apply automatically.

Protective Packaging: For ceramic mugs and drinkware, we use Protective-Pack boxes to ensure safe delivery. A fee of $6.75 per carton applies.

Multiple Destinations: Orders shipped to multiple destinations will incur additional shipping charges per location.

Carrier & Liability

Primary Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Claims for Delays: Any claims concerning delayed merchandise must be made directly to the shipping carrier. Everprint’s responsibility ends once merchandise is handed over to the carrier.

International & Lithium Items: Air shipping is not available for international shipments or for products containing lithium batteries.

C.O.D. Policy: Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) shipments are not accepted.

Lost or Missing Packages
Any missing package must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages reported after this period. If you believe your package is missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you within the eligible time window.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Authorization
All returns must be submitted using Everprint's official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. A Factory Authorization Number must be issued in writing before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by our Receiving Department.
Returns must be shipped back within 12 days of purchase to be eligible for processing.

Return Conditions

Blank Items: Once blank items have been decorated, no returns will be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and verify all blank items prior to decoration.

Made-to-Order Products: These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Accessories: All accessories, including batteries, packaging, and add-ons, are non-returnable.

Third-Party Decorators: It is the decorator’s responsibility to verify that they have received the correct products prior to any processing.

Restocking Fee: All accepted blank item returns will be subject to a 20%–50% restocking fee.

Shipping Refunds: All shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Imprinted Merchandise: Custom printed or imprinted products are non-refundable unless authorized by Everprint in advance.

Cancellations
For decorated product orders, cancellation must be made before production begins. A cancellation fee ranging from $100 to $500 will be applied depending on the stage of production.
